Overview

The Box Office Supervisor will be responsible for assisting the Director of Ticketing, Box Office Manager & Assistant Box Office Manager with ticket operations of the box office including: ticket sales, “Will Call”, and answering questions related to events. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, have proven box office experience, and display excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will also have basic education of computer systems with the ability to enhance knowledge of Ticketmaster products including Host, Archtics and TM One. This role is supported by and will work closely with the box office team.

 

This role will pay an hourly wage of $13.00.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as forefront of customer experience during events in the box office and provide exceptional service to guests & patrons
  • Balance daily sales including credit cards & cash
  • Experience and current knowledge of Ticketmaster products including: Host, Archtics and TM One
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including: irregular hours, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended number of consecutive days as needed
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in customer service, sales, and cash handling
  • Experience working in box office and troubleshooting day of events
  • Must be adaptable and patient with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Highly skilled in problem solving, customer service and communication
  • Basic math & accounting skills
  • Proficient knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office software and the ability to enhance knowledge on Ticketmaster products
