Assist OVG Media & Conference staff with preparation and execution of Pollstar Live! 2024.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $16.78.

Major conference responsibilities will include assisting attendees with purchasing and picking up their conference registration credentials, providing attendees with information regarding panels and their locations, verifying/scanning attendee badges as they enter and exit panel rooms, assisting with maintaining panel rooms and panelists needs, assisting with load in and load out, and other duties as they may be assigned.
Working expectations would be from Monday, February 5 (approx. 1pm – 4pm) and Tuesday, February 6 – Thursday, February 8, between the hours of 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
Ambassadors will be scheduled in 4-hour increments. Please advise of dates/times that you are restricted from working.
Excellent communication skills, adaptability, enthusiasm, ability to work under pressure and guidance, organizational skills, liaising with a wide range of people, understanding and articulating pertinent conference information and knowledge of live entertainment industry.
