The SuitesAdministrative Assistant will provide administrative support at Dickey-Stephens Park, home of the Arkansas Travelers.

Responsibilities
Assists with preparations for the new season – including but not limited to training, database review, information management, suites tasting event and data entry for accounts.
Assists with processing luxury suite menus.
Assists with compilation of pre- and post-game day notes and reports.
Works directly with luxury suite members and catering contacts to establish levels of service for game day.
Assists with development and compilation of game day information.
Assists with the breakdown and processing of all post-event information.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Completion of some college coursework, bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Prior food/beverage service experience is required.
Computer skills are required.
Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
Prior guest relations/service experience is preferred.
