The Lead Cook is responsible for preparing foods to be served to guests throughout the venue. The Lead Cook will often have direct contact with the public as well as assist senior leadership in leading the overall efficiencies through the kitchens.
This is a key position for the effective and profitable operation of the business. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work a variable event-driven schedule which to evenings and weekends.
