We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing delicious coffee and other beverages. This role will pay an hourly wage of $15 to $20.00 plus tips

Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take customer orders and prepare beverages according to established recipes
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Stock supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations

- Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations in the food industry
