This position reports to the Executive Chef/sous chef. Position is responsible for the cleanliness of small wares, utensils, all kitchen equipment, all flatware and glassware used by Food and Beverage Department as well as floor cleanliness and trash removal. Some basic food prep experience is encouraged. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $17 to $21.00.
