The Suite Runner is responsible for assisting suite servers with running food, beer/ wine to suites and helping assist Pantry Coordinator with getting food ready and out on time to customers. They must be personable, professional and able to work in an ever-changing fast-paced environment. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work long hours if needed or when business needs dictate.

This role will pay an hourly wage of $12.00 to $13.00.

• Must demonstrate ability to meet the company standard for excellence in customer service, interacting with guests in a friendly and fast manner; ensuring guests complete satisfaction and exceeding their expectations.

• Responsibly serves alcoholic beverages in accordance with Company, Federal, State, and local policies, procedures, regulations, and laws.

• Working in a team environment with the ability to be a team player.

• Assures and maintains cleanliness of Suites Pantry and surrounding areas throughout the day.

• Maintain sanitation and safety standards at work.

• Must check guest’s ID in accordance with state/federal regulations to verify minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcoholic beverages. Refusing to serve beverages in a polite manner to guests who are not of legal age or have an expired ID.

• Request additional product or restock product as required

• Other duties as assigned such as set-up of the suites and assisting with organization of the coolers and prep areas.

• While performing the duties of this position, the team member is standing the entire shift.

• Must have alcohol and food certifications as required by local, state, or federal laws.
• Take pride in personal appearance; reporting to work in neat and clean clothing; maintaining well-groomed hair and personal hygiene as established by Company policy.
• Must have knowledge of various beers, wines, and spirits.
• Must maintain excellent attendance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures.
• Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule to be at work and on time; work long hours if needed.

• Must have ability to remain stationary for long periods of up to (4) hours in length; must be able to safely reach, bend, stop and frequently lift up to 25lbs.
