The Concessions Cashier provides excellent customer service by knowing and understanding the products being sold at all concessions stands. The cashier is responsible for handling all transactions at the point of sale system and adhering to all cash handling policies and procedures.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $15.

Enters and processes all sales via cash, debit and credit card transaction using a cash register or other point of sale system in a retail environment with efficiency and accuracy
Balance the cash register, making change, and recording purchases
Serves customers in a friendly and efficiently manner

Know and understand the products being served
Responsible for cleaning, stocking and restocking of workstations and displays
Ensures that all work areas and equipment are clean, food products are properly stored, utensils are clean and put away and floor is swept and mopped at the end of shift. Staff must check out with Direct Supervisor and/or management to ensure the concession stand meets cleanliness standards
Keep work area clean and stocked throughout shift

Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff and guests in a clear business-like and respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event drive environment.
Must show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance.
If not already certified, you must be willing to take Servsafe Alcohol training within 15 days of date of hire (at our expense).
Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of up to 25 lbs.
Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
Ability to work independently and as a productive member of a team
Capable of working a flexible schedule and extended hours, including but not limited to working early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays. Schedule is event based and must be available for 90% of scheduled events, as well as some mandatory shifts.
Must be able to work in a loud noise environment at times
Must be over 18 years old by date of hire.
Proven ability to work well with all levels of management
