The Special Events & Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing and promoting the facility’s events, including but not limited to venue rentals, concerts, conventions, shows and in-house events. This role demands creativity in developing marketing campaigns that elevate community awareness and engagement. This individual will collaborate with the Facility Director to assist, supervise, and coordinate all the activities related to marketing the venue and reach budget goals, while assisting in generating revenue for the facility. They will assist in graphic design, advertising, interactive media, promotions, public relations, and grassroots efforts for events as assigned. This position will also occasionally serve as Supervisor on Duty for other events at the facility.
This role will pay a hourly rate of $18 to $22.
