Responsibilities

  • Partnerships Support & Planning - Understand O&O Partnerships and works on delivery to achieve premium experiences and cultivate partnership globally
  • Schedule regular cadence of meetings to open lines of communication so we can better service our venues needs and deliver the expectations that our partnership divisions set with clients while maintaining clear views on financials and operational delivery to the standards set by the Premium Experiences and Global Strategy team. 
  • Develop standard operating procedures for all Owned and Operated Venues in order to deliver consistent events and experiences.
  • Support Premium Experiences and Global Strategy division team with delivery and operations of owned and operated venues and other special events globally including collaborative design and input when tasked.
  • Support and development premium experiences and concepts globally with full delivery of proformas and budgets. 

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience
  • Worked with brands on positioning themselves with the venue and retail industry
  • Experience in the restaurant and high-volume hospitality services industry
  • Understands Brand positioning withing venue and events industry
  • Operational and logistics experience in venue and events and hospitality
  • Activation and brand interaction coordination
