Overview

As a member of our Ballfield Guest Services Team, you will be an essential part of the Guest experience and help build memories. In this role, you will provide substantial customer service while acting as a greeter while enforcing Doggett Automotive Fields policies.  You will have the opportunity to assist our guests by offering directions and sharing information while creating a World Class experience. Your job will be to keep the players, coaches and spectators informed while still maintaining a fun and friendly atmosphere.  PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS POSTION WORKS OUTDOORS IN A VARIETY OF WEATHER CONDITIONS.

 

This role will pay an hourly rate between $10.50 to $13.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare your assigned sectionlooking for potential hazards, reporting any issues to a supervisor
  • When gates open, welcome our fans with a great smile and helpful attitude
  • Check tickets/wristbands when applicable.
  • Enforce Doggett Automotive policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for all guests
  • Being alert and proactive to potential hazards and reporting incidents when they occur
  • Monitor your assigned area for issues and opportunities to make lasting memories for our fans
  • Respond to all guest concerns/complaints promptly and in a professional manner
  • Assist guests as needed
  • Manage the foot traffic flow of large crowd
  • Be knowledgeable about Doggett Automotive Fields and Doggett Ford Park to help share information regarding upcoming events
  • Be knowledgeable about Doggett Automotive Fields emergency evacuation plan in order to safely assist guests during the unlikely event of an emergency.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a hospitality, youth sports, or entertainment environment is preferred
  • Passionate about working in an environment to provide youth athletes the opportunity to play a game they love while spectators can watch doing so.
  • You must love working with and helping people.
  • Ability to work for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work in outdoor conditions in a variety of weather conditions
  • You must be able to maintain a POSITIVE attitude while handling difficult situations.
  • Strong communicator preffered.
  • Schedule Demands: Availability to work weekends for tournaments and games, and weekday evenings for practices
