Oak View Group is searching for an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team at an Exclusive Members Only Club Restaurant by Major Food Group and Oak View Group in downtown Phoenix. The Executive Sous Chef, in conjunction with the Executive Chef is responsible for the overall quality and profitability of the restaurant. The business achieves budgeted goals, and ensures employee morale is maintained. The Executive Sous Chef must work in partnership with the Executive Chef and General Manager and communicate fully with all the back-of-the-house staff.
This role will pay a yearly salary of $75,000 to $85,000 plus bonus
