We are seeking a Lead Warehouse Porter to oversee essential operations within our warehouse and food & beverage areas

This role will pay an hourly rate between $18.50 plus tips

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, including bars, concession stands, portable units, and condiment carts.
• Ensure that food and beverage areas are clean and presentable following events, and communicate any concerns to management.
• Perform light maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and painting as needed.
• Monitor security in concession areas, reporting any maintenance or security issues to management before, during, and after events.
• Respond promptly to requests for assistance from team members.
• Manage the disposal of trash and recycling, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Monitor inventory levels of supplies and maintain sanitation in food and beverage areas, placing orders as necessary.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in warehouse management or food safety are a plus.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations or a similar role, preferably within a food and beverage environment.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to food service facilities.
• Basic maintenance skills, including familiarity with common tools and equipment.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by event schedules.
• Capability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks as necessary.
• Team-oriented attitude with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and respond to support requests.
