Overview

The Lead Barista is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager with, opening, closing, and Team supervision during shift.

 

This role pays an hourly rate of $18, plus tips.

This position will remain open until May 2, 2025.

Responsibilities

  • Delegate shift assignments to Team members
  • Open and close the Cafe as needed
  • Relay operational concerns to Restaurant Manager
  • Count and reconcile cash drawer at end of shift
  • Oversee that Cafe maintains a neat and clean appearance

 

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of Cafe or barista experience
  • 1-2 years supervisory experience 
  • Reliable
  • Able to work early mornings and weekends
