Reporting to the HR Director, the Human Resources Manager is responsible for supporting venue management for Allegiant Stadium.This role will have a strong focus on staffing and recruiting. The HR Manager will work with HIring Managers interprets policies and procedures with management, providing guidance and oversight to the leadership team. The ideal candidate will partner with the leadership team to handle hiring issues and build relationships with external staffing partners.This role will engage in community outreach about opportunities at the stadium.
The ideal candidate will be a natural team player with high energy and a sense of enthusiasm who can inspire and motivate others, thereby creating vision and commitment throughout the organization
This role will pay a yearly salary of $65,000 to $80,000.
