The Director of Culinary at Allegiant Stadium is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for the overall culinary vision, execution, and financial performance of all food and beverage operations within the stadium. This role demands a dynamic individual with a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The Director of Culinary will lead a large culinary team, drive menu innovation, ensure operational excellence, and uphold the highest standards of food quality and safety. This role involves leading the culinary team, creating innovative menus, ensuring food quality and safety, and managing budgets and costs. The Culinary Director will collaborate closely with other departments to enhance the overall dining experience and uphold the company’s standards for excellence.
This role pays a yearly salary of $90,000 to $115,000.
