Overview

BOK Center and Arvest Convention Center are looking for a creative and driven Multimedia Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Creative Marketing Manager, this role will be responsible for producing engaging and innovative visual content that strengthens and expands the brands of BOK Center and Arvest Convention Center. The Multimedia Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day execution of the venues’ multimedia strategy, with a primary focus on developing compelling video content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong storytelling ability, a forward-thinking approach to live entertainment, and a passion for creating dynamic content. This role requires excellent communication skills, project management abilities, keen attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

 

This role pays an hourly rate of $21.00-$26.00.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with development and execution of high-quality photo and video content for daily operations, special events, and marketing initiatives.
  • Work with the team to create engaging content for booking collateral, advertising campaigns, social media, sales materials, event-day coverage, digital ads, and partner deliverables.
  • With the planning help of the Senior Creative Marketing Manager, this position will shoot, edit, and produce video features for various platforms, including social media (reels, TikTok, etc.) website, in-arena LED boards, and broadcast.
  • Oversee scheduling and management of in-house digital boards, ensuring timely updates and accurate display of graphics as needed for upcoming events and departmental requests.
  • Develop content using TouchDesigner for back-of-house digital displays, ensuring dynamic and engaging visuals for tours and internal messaging.
  • Collaborate with the team to create and manage content for back-of-house digital video boards to enhance the experience for touring productions.
  • Organize multimedia assets to ensure efficient access and workflow.
  • Support the development and implementation of video production standards, practices, and procedures.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and content strategy discussions.
  • Collaborate with the brand and marketing team to develop compelling visual storytelling that aligns with the venue’s mission and brand identity.
  • Provide creative storyboards, drafts, and revisions for review on projects and assignments.
  • Assist with event-day duties, including live content capture, digital messaging, and video board operations in collaboration with the A/V team.
  • Fulfill both internal and external video requests while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Ensure clear communication and collaboration with teammates to uphold production standards.

Qualifications

  • Fluent knowledge of and demonstrated ability in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, After Effects and Premiere Pro in a Mac environment).
  • Basic digital animation and/or graphic design experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of and demonstrated ability in video production and editing, plus photography.
  • Extensive knowledge in all aspects of social media.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Video Production, Photography, Broadcast, Animation or related field.
  • 2 -4 years’ experience working in video production and/or live events content capture.
  • Experience working for clients and delivering a finished product to desired specifications.
  • Proficient in lighting, audio and camera skill.
  • Exceptional conceptual and creative skills with attention to detail including strong proofreading skills.
  • Excellent project management skills including the ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects with moving timelines.
  • Creative ability to generate and a strong visual eye, with regard to creating engaging and innovative visual communication pieces.
  • Demonstrate high level of energy and a positive attitude, professionalism, integrity, motivation and a very strong work ethic.
  • Independent decision-making skills with ability/knowledge to apply judgement in resolving problems of moderate scope and complexity.
  • Ability to think “outside the box” and come up with creative ideas to set BOK Center apart.
  • Ability to work long, irregular hours as dictated by programming, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
