The Ice Rink Coordinator supports the Ice Rink Director in growing Everett Community Ice Rink’s internal programs and increasing overall revenue. This position plays a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies, enhancing community outreach, and expanding youth and special event programming. The Ice Rink Coordinator will help improve communication with staff, customers, and user groups while ensuring consistent branding and high-quality promotional materials.

This is a part-time position, hours will vary, M-F with occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

This role pays an hourly rate of $26.00-$28.00.

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans to increase the reach and value of the facility.

• Support the creation and management of communication channels for customers, user groups, and staff.

• Develop and implement new youth programs to address growth limitations related to available ice time.

• Collaborate with the Marketing Department to maintain the Community Ice Rink website.

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee special programs, events, and promotions to drive rink attendance and participation.

• Create promotional and informational materials (digital and print) aligned with brand standards.

• Ensure a consistent and professional brand identity in collaboration with the Marketing Department.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Must be self-motivated, dynamic with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and have strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) experience a plus.
• Must be comfortable engaging in a variety of different communicative modes (verbal, non- verbal, and written) and being attuned to others through strong active listening skills.
• Must produce results, yet possess sensitivity towards people and values.
• Professional attitude, and communication skills as well as the ability to work with others are required.
