The Assistant Premium Club Manager supports the overall operations and service delivery of all premium clubs and catering activity within assigned areas of the venue. Working under the direction of the Premium Clubs Manager, this role assists with the daily management, employee supervision, and execution of high-quality guest experiences in a premium environment. The Assistant Premium Club Manager is instrumental in ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency during events and non-event days.
This position requires a proactive, service-focused individual with strong communication and leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, guest-driven environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the event schedule is essential.
This role will pay an annual salary of $55,000-$60,000 and is bonus eligible.

Assist in day-to-day operations of premium club areas, ensuring high service standards and guest satisfaction.
Support the Premium Clubs Manager with planning, organizing, and executing all premium services and catered events.
Supervise, coach, and support front-line hourly staff before, during, and after events.
Assist with staff training and pre-event briefings to ensure readiness and consistent execution of premium service standards.
Help monitor and enforce compliance with all alcohol service policies and food safety standards.
Serve as a point of contact for staff and guests during events to quickly address service issues or operational needs.
Assist with the setup and breakdown of club spaces and catered functions.
Participate in post-event walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness, reset, and readiness for the next event.
Assist with employee scheduling, timekeeping verification, and communication with staff regarding shift assignments and expectations.
Collaborate with culinary staff and concession team to ensure seamless food and beverage service.
Troubleshoot minor technical issues with Point of Sale systems and escalate as needed.
Enforce company policies regarding appearance, conduct, and operating procedures.
Provide feedback to the Premium Clubs Manager regarding staff performance and service improvements.
Support inventory and product ordering as directed.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or hospitality-related coursework preferred.
1-2 years of experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or premium service management required; catering or club experience a plus.
Valid Food Handler’s certificate and Alcohol Service Permit (as required by local regulations).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and support teams in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks associated with event execution.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
Professional presentation and demeanor with a strong customer service focus.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
