Overview

The Music Festival Batcher is responsible for preparing, measuring, and batching beverages (especially cocktails or high-volume drinks) in advance for large-scale service at music festivals. This role ensures consistency, efficiency, and speed in beverage production while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.

 

This role pays an hourly rate of $18.00.

This position will remain open until August 29, 2025.

Responsibilities

  • Follow standardized recipes to batch and prep large volumes of beverages

  • Accurately measure and mix ingredients for cocktails and other drinks

  • Label and store batched products properly according to health codes

  • Assist bartenders and concession staff with replenishing pre-mixed beverages

  • Maintain cleanliness of the prep area, including sanitizing equipment and surfaces

  • Monitor inventory of batching ingredients and notify supervisor of low stock

  • Work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Comply with all safety, sanitation, and alcohol handling policies

  • Support other food & beverage operations as needed during the festival

Qualifications

  • Must be 18+ to comply with state alcohol laws

  • Previous experience in bartending, batching, or beverage preparation preferred

  • Ability to follow precise measurements and recipes

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

  • TABC or equivalent alcohol certification (if required by location)

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
