A Lead Custodial Supervisor is responsible for leading the Operations Department Part-Time Staff and Custodial Supervisors during Event and Post Clean shifts. Outside of the Full-Time Managers this position is the main leader of the Custodial side of the Department. This position will work alongside the Full-Time Managers when planning and executing each shift. This position is responsible for coordinating the staff, making sure the work is being done efficiently, safely, and properly, and for providing the Full-Time Managers performance reviews of the Part-Time Staff and Custodial Supervisors. In the event an accident report is needed, the Custodial Supervisor is responsible for filling out incident reports and following proper company protocols when needed. The Operations Department has flexible schedules as employees are able to pick the shifts and events worked.
This role pays an hourly rate of $20.00.
