Overview

We’re looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Producer, Content to lead the development and execution of highly engaging video and content projects across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and creative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage the full lifecycle of content production—from concept to final delivery.

 

As a key member of the creative team, you will oversee content creation, lead strategic marketing activations, and manage high-impact campaigns that align with our business goals. This role also plays a critical part in ensuring the highest quality of storytelling across all media.

This role pays an annual salary of $110,000-$132,000 and is bonus eligible.

Responsibilities

Content Creation & Development

  • Manage the production process for creative campaigns and digital content.
  • Develop project timelines and budgets, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Work closely with the creative team to ensure that all projects meet the required quality and creativity standards.
  • Oversee the selection of vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and managing relationships to ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team and internal stakeholders to ensure that all project goals/requirements are met.
  • Manage the day-to-day production schedule, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
  • Take leadership in maintaining an organized library of video content for future reference.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors and best practices, and ensure that these are incorporated into all production processes.

  • Travel as needed to be on site for content capture 

Strategic Leadership

  • Lead key strategic content initiatives as needed.
  • Lead high-visibility marketing activations at key events, ensuring content and creative execution reflect the brand vision, such as PSL, VNC, F1, and more.  

Team & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor creative teams, including videographers, photographers and editors.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as a clear communicator and connector between creative vision and execution.

Qualifications

 

  • Proven ability to lead multi-channel content projects from concept to delivery.
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, visual composition, and audience engagement.
  • Hands-on experience managing large-scale productions, including talent, crews, and vendors.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with social media platforms, including developing content for paid and organic campaigns.
  • Prior leadership experience, including managing creative teams and interns a plus.
  • Minimum 7 Years of experience working with fast-paced high-quality teams
