As a member of the bar staff, you'll play a crucial role in creating a positive experience for our patrons. Your responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the bar area, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies. Your friendly demeanor and attention to detail will contribute to the overall atmosphere and success of our establishment.
This role pays an hourly rate of $16.50, plus tips.

EVERGREEN ROLE: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no application deadline.
Welcome guests and provide attentive, friendly service at the bar.
Accurately take drink and occasionally food orders.
Mix, garnish, and serve beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
Monitor alcohol consumption and refuse service when necessary (per company policy).
Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked during and after shifts.
Wash and properly store glassware and bar tools.
Process payments, issue receipts, and balance the till at end of shift.
Restock beer, spirits, garnishes, and other bar essentials.
Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation procedures.
Communicate effectively with floor staff, kitchen staff, and management.
Handle customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner.
Assist with closing duties, including cleaning and securing the bar.
