Overview

The Premium Suite Attendant plays a critical front-line role in delivering a VIP guest experience during arena events by providing attentive, personalized food and beverage service to premium suite guests. This role requires a high-energy, service-oriented individual with a warm, professional demeanor and the ability to anticipate guest needs in a fast-paced, live event environment.

 

This role will pay an hourly rate of $12.00 to $18.00 and is tip eligible

Responsibilities

  • Prepare the suite for the guest, ensuring it is properly stocked, cleaned, and set up for all of the guest's needs.
  • Greet suite guests upon arrival with enthusiasm and a positive, professional attitude.
  • Provide a personalized, high-touch service for food and beverage throughout the event.
  • Continually maintain the suite during service, including clearing finished items, communicating with housekeeping regarding spills and trash, and keeping items stocked as needed to anticipate guests’ needs.
  • Accurately process orders and day-of orders promptly by coordinating with the kitchen and runners.
  • Respond to guest needs or requests promptly and effectively; problem-solving for the best solution, and escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Uphold and follow all TABC alcohol service regulations and responsible service guidelines.
  • Represent the venue’s brand standards of hospitality, professionalism, and attentiveness.
  • Complete post-event breakdown, inventory checks, and cleaning tasks for the suite.
  • Provide feedback on guest preferences or issues to help improve service consistency.
  • Assist with Catering Banquet events as requested.

Qualifications

  • Prior hospitality, food & beverage, or customer service experience required—luxury, hotel, or suite/VIP service strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and premium service standards is a plus.
  • Must possess a warm, outgoing personality and the ability to make guests feel welcome and valued.
  • Professional appearance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic are required.
  • TABC Certification and Food Handler’s Certificate are required or must be obtainable and submitted within 30 days of hire.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on proactive service.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to remain composed and attentive in high-energy, live event environments.
  • Assist with other Banquet Catering events as requested.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and event-driven schedules.
