Overview

As a Suite Attendant, you will play a key role in providing an elevated guest experience in one of TD Coliseum’s most premium areas. You will take food and beverage orders, ensure timely and accurate delivery to suites, and provide attentive, personalized service. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for hospitality, strong attention to detail, and a desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast-paced environment. 

 

This role will pay an hourly rate of $17.20 CAD and is tip eligible

Responsibilities

  • Assist with suite and club area setup based on pre-ordered menus and service standards 
  • Ensure assigned suites are fully stocked and ready prior to event start 
  • Deliver and serve food and beverages promptly and accurately during events.
  • Close out financials for assigned suites and ensure billing is accurate 
  • Monitor and maintain food and beverage quality throughout the event 
  • Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and sanitation standards 
  • Enforce responsible alcohol service in compliance with AGCO regulations 
  • Verify guest ID and ensure all alcohol service complies with Smart Serve and venue standards 
  • Maintain accurate inventory and requisition supplies as needed 
  • Possess full knowledge of menu items and accompaniments 
  • Respond to guest requests with urgency and professionalism 
  • Ensure all suite areas have appropriate serving ware and are cleaned post-event 
  • Maintain operable and sanitized equipment in assigned areas 
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisors or management 

Qualifications

  • Valid Smart Serve Certification (mandatory) 
  • Exceptional communication skills and a guest-first attitude 
  • A winning attitude and strong desire to support your team wherever needed 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a high-volume, event-driven environment 
  • Experience in premium hospitality or food and beverage service is an asset 
  • Ability to handle POS transactions and reconcile cash/credit sales accurately 
  • Experience with MyVenue POS considered a strong asset 
  • Strong math skills for processing payments and managing inventory 
  • Must be fluent in English (spoken and written) 
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential 
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules
