Overview

The Bar Staff is responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, and providing excellent customer service. This role supports concession and catering operations by ensuring guests have a positive, efficient, and safe experience.

 

This is a seasonal role from September 9, 2025 and will end on January 9, 2026. 

 

This role will pay an hourly rate of $2.13 and is tip eligible

 

This position will remain open until January 9, 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards.
  • Verify guest identification and comply with all alcohol service laws and policies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including stocking supplies, garnishes, and glassware.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately; follow cash-handling procedures.
  • Monitor guest behavior and consumption to ensure a safe environment.
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of bar areas for events.
  • Work collaboratively with supervisors, fellow staff, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Previous bartending or food/beverage service experience preferred.
  • Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol (per state/local laws).
  • Knowledge of common cocktails, beer, and wine service.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Basic math and cash-handling skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedule.
