Overview

The Reading Royals are seeking a highly motivated and relationship-focused self-starter to join our ticketing team. The Season Membership Rentention Manager is responsible for managing Season Membership accounts, renewing plans, developing Member benefits, and delivering outstanding Member experience.

 

This role pays a yearly salary of $45,000 and is commission eligible.

This position will remain open until March 13, 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a dedicated list of Season Members and serve as their primary point of contact.
  • Meet or exceed renewal, retention, and upsell goals.
  • Maintain organized notes, pipelines, and follow-ups for all accounts.
  • Develop and execute Season Membership benefits, events, and Member touchpoints.
  • Support game night operations by visiting Members, resolving issues, and assisting with Member-only experiences.
  • Collaborate with the ticket sales team and Director of Ticketing on renewal timelines, pricing, and program improvements.
  • Work with marketing to create targeted campaigns for renewal and engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional seats, upgrades, group outings, and suites.
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times.
  • Work Reading Royals events and home games as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of ticketing or customer service experience preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, sports management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Highly motivated, outgoing personality with a strong work ethic and strong problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Coachable, enthusiastic, and team-oriented.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed.
  • Experience with CRM or ticketing systems (Monday CRM, Ticketmaster Archtics, or similar).
