Oak View Group (OVG) is the global leader in premium live entertainment infrastructure and services, with a platform spanning venue development and end-to-end capabilities across venue management, hospitality, and sponsorship sales. • Prepare dressing rooms according to artist riders (stock beverages/snacks, set towels/toiletries, tidy/refresh between sets).
• Coordinate catering: place/pick up orders, set up buffet/green rooms, label allergens, replenish, and break down; keep backstage food areas sanitary and presentable.
• Run show-day errands (within policy) and manage receipts; maintain petty cash/expense logs.
• Backstage support: assist with load-in/load-out of hospitality items; keep traffic lanes clear; maintain a clean, safe, ADA aware environment.
• Liaise with artist reps, stage management, and FOH/operations to handle last-minute requests professionally and discreetly.
• Inventory & reset: track stock levels; restock and reset hospitality areas post event.

• Prior experience in hospitality, catering, events, or theatre/venue operations (backstage or FOH).
• Calm, organized multi-tasker with excellent communication and a service mindset.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., move carts, and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Flexible availability (nights/weekends/holidays as scheduled).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local errands (mileage reimbursed per policy).
• Riverside County Food Handler Certificate (required for anyone handling food/beverages/utensils).
• California ABC Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification if your shifts include setting/serving alcoholic beverages (must be certified within 60 days of first alcoholic service shift; certification valid 3 years).
