Overview

The Project Management Internship offers an exciting opportunity to learn about a career in technology project management, allowing you to analyze, document, and contribute to the processes that drive successful initiatives with exposure to data analytics.

 

This role is expected to last from May 25, 2026 and will end on August 14, 2026.


This role will pay an hourly rate of $20.00.

 

This position will remain open until May 8, 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting & Analytics: Create dashboards in Smartsheet to track project status, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs) across multiple initiatives
  • Workflow Automation: Automate workflows in Smartsheet for notifications, update requests, escalations, and approval routing
  • Executive Communication: Assist in preparing executive-level reports and presentations
  • Knowledge Management: Update project management guides, training materials, and templates by incorporating current industry standards, user feedback, and visual guides
  • Process Documentation: Capture and document best practices from ongoing project activities

Key Learnings:

  • Hands-on experience supporting technology project delivery and portfolio management.
  • Exposure to project management methodologies and tools used in Enterprise Technology.
  • Understanding of how to leverage data analytics and automation to improve project visibility and performance.
  • Growth in leadership and communication through collaboration on process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Must be a current student or recent graduate of a college or university with a major in a related field (Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Smartsheet experience preferred.
