The Barback supports bartenders by keeping the bar fully stocked, clean, and organized during events. This role ensures bartenders have the supplies they need to provide fast and efficient service, while maintaining cleanliness and assisting with overall bar operations in a high-volume environment.
This role pays an hourly rate of $15.00 and is tip eligible

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (cases of beer, liquor, ice, etc.)
Ability to stand and work on feet for long periods of time
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays depending on event schedule
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong teamwork skills and positive attitude
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
Previous barback, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred but not required
Must meet minimum age requirement to work around alcohol (based on state laws)
