Oak View Group (OVG) is the global leader in premium live entertainment infrastructure and services, with a platform spanning venue development and end-to-end capabilities across venue management, hospitality, and sponsorship sales. This Event Staff role will support events approximately 20 hours per week. Ideal candidates will have a positive attitude and an understanding of the physical nature of the position.

This is a seasonal role from May 1, 2026 and will end on October 31, 2026.

This role will pay an hourly rate of $19.00

This position will remain open until July 3, 2026.

• Provide support for special events, such as traffic management and parking management.
• Set up & take down of equipment for special events.
• Liaise with clients, addressing queries, concerns or complaints.
• Monitor the safety of all activities and programs and respond to any safety concerns.
• Maintain a strong customer-focused approached when responding to general inquiries and resolving any conflicts.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to follow through and complete overlapping projects.
• Ability to take initiative and work both independently, and in a team environment.
• Shifts are primarily evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work long hours, outdoors, and in inclement weather.
• Ability to routinely lift heavy equipment.
