The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing catering, banquet, and concessions operations to ensure exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and compliance with company standards for both Boardwalk Hall and the Atlantic City Convention Center. This position provides direct supervision of event staff, concession teams, food runners, bartenders, cashiers, and banquet personnel while supporting Food & Beverage management with training, inventory control, staffing, and special events. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
This role pays an hourly rate of $23.00
