A Ticket Taker is a vital, public-facing member of the CFG Bank Arena team and plays a key role in shaping the first impression of every event. As a representative of the arena, you are expected to deliver a warm, confident, and enthusiastic greeting while maintaining a visible, engaging presence at all times. This role requires individuals who are outgoing, energetic, and comfortable actively engaging with guests to provide directions, answer questions, and keep entry points moving efficiently. Ticket takers are responsible for delivering top-tier customer service while helping expedite guest entry in a safe, organized, and professional manner. You must have a strong understanding of the arena’s layout and be proactive in guiding guests into a world-class environment while accurately validating tickets. This position is best suited for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, high-energy settings and are willing to step forward, engage with crowds, and take initiative. Creating a safe, smooth, and memorable guest experience is not passive. This position requires energy, awareness, and a willingness to be actively involved from the moment guests arrive.
This role pays an hourly rate of $20.00
