Overview

As a Premium Clubs Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in delivering exceptional experiences across our premium spaces. You’ll support and lead a team of premium part-time employees to ensure seamless service delivery, oversee day-to-day operations in clubs and VIP areas, and act as the primary point of contact for both guests and staff during events. 

Set the standard for warm, polished, and professional hospitality in Hamilton’s newest entertainment destination. 

 

This role pays an hourly rate of $26.50 CAD

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support FOH teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences across all premium hospitality areas.
  • Participate in pre-event planning and coordinate event-day requirements with hospitality and venue management.
  • Supervise pre-show and event-day requests using platforms such as TripleSeat and MyVenue.
  • Maintain accurate event documentation, including menus, orders, guest details, service notes, and seating plans.
  • Liaise with clients, culinary teams, FOH, BOH, and venue management to ensure clear communication and seamless event execution.
  • Oversee premium clubs, restaurant spaces, and occasionally suites and catering functions as required.
  • Supervise event setup to ensure all premium spaces are clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready prior to opening.
  • Ensure service stations, equipment, service ware, and supplies are properly stocked, sanitized, operable, and ready for use.
  • Maintain strong menu and beverage knowledge to effectively support both team members and guests.
  • Greet clients and guests with a professional, welcoming, and engaging approach.
  • Oversee guest flow, seating plans, reservations, and suite access throughout events.
  • Monitor food and beverage service to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent execution.
  • Monitor cleanliness, presentation, product quality, and service standards across all premium areas throughout the event.
  • Address guest concerns and service recovery opportunities promptly and professionally.
  • Support and coach FOH team members during service to maintain operational and hospitality standards.
  • Monitor event flow and adjust staffing, service, or operational priorities as required.
  • Assist with inventory tracking, menu updates, event reporting, and other administrative requirements.
  • Supervise post-event breakdown, cleanup, equipment storage, and resetting of premium spaces.
  • Collaborate with management on staff training, operational improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the hospitality department.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of previous experience as a supervisor in food & beverage, restaurant operations, premium suites, or catering programs is a strong asset 
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven ability to supervise FOH teams and support high-volume service during events 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills 
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules 
  • Valid Smart Serve Certification is required 
  • Food Handlers Certification (considered an asset)
