As a food & beverage Suites Supervisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests in our premium suites—setting the tone with warm, polished, and professional service over email and in person on event days. This is your opportunity to be part of a high-energy team from day one. The Suites Supervisor will support the day-to-day execution and coordination of premium suites and catering operations at TD Coliseum. This role combines operational leadership with some administrative coordination, ensuring seamless service delivery from pre-event planning through post-event reconciliation. The Suites Supervisor will oversee suite-level event operations, support and lead part-time staff, manage logistics and client communications, and maintain accurate operational documentation using platforms such as TripleSeat, FreedomPay, Chase, and MyVenue.
This role pays an hourly rate of $26.50 CAD.
