Overview

The Concessions Attendant is responsible for preparing and stocking condiment carts before each event at CFG Bank Arena. During events, the attendant monitors and replenishes condiments and supplies as needed, maintains the cleanliness and organization of the carts, and ensures the areas in front of the concession stands remain clean, safe, and welcoming for guests.

 

This role pays an hourly rate of $15.00 - $18.00 and is tip eligible.

Responsibilities

  • Check in with the manager on duty and communicate any operational needs or concerns.
  • Verify condiment and supply levels and notify the manager when items need to be replenished.
  • Clean and prepare the concession stand prior to stocking and service.
  • Stock and replenish condiments, napkins, and other supplies throughout events as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concession stand, including front-of-house and storage areas.
  • Wipe down and clean condiment stations and carts throughout the event and as needed.
  • Operate and move condiment carts to designated locations before, during, and after events.
  • Ensure condiment carts are properly stocked and returned to designated storage areas following events.
  • Set up and remove umbrellas and other stand equipment as needed.
  • Sweep and maintain the areas immediately surrounding the concession stand.
  • Keep storage shelves and the back-of-house areas neat, clean, and organized.
  • Communicate needed supplies or items to the manager and assist with obtaining or organizing them.
  • Support concession operations and assist the stand manager with additional tasks as needed.
  • Complete post-event cleaning, stocking, and organization to ensure the stand is ready for the next event.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in concessions, food and beverage, hospitality, or a similar service environment preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and move heavy objects frequently.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout a shift.
  • Ability to frequently bend, stoop, reach, lift, and perform repetitive movements.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced arena environment, particularly during events.
  • Must be able to follow directions, maintain cleanliness standards, and work cooperatively with managers and event staff.
  • Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and maintaining an orderly work environment.
