The Backstage Catering Attendant provides friendly, efficient service to performers and touring crews in a fast-paced performing arts environment. Responsibilities include setting up dressing rooms and catering areas, serving and replenishing food and beverages, and keeping backstage spaces clean and organized.

This role pays an hourly rate of $18.00 - $20.00.

This position will remain open until December 25, 2026.

• Set up and break down backstage catering areas, green rooms, and dressing rooms.
• Read and follow Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), and communicate service needs to the culinary team.
• Follow artist riders carefully and stock each location as requested.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and exercise discretion when working with performers and touring crews.
• Anticipate guests’ food and beverage needs and complete assigned steps of service.
• Provide attentive service and communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Maintain tables and clear dishes when appropriate.
• Keep service stations clean and stocked, and complete side work on time.
• Follow food safety and responsible alcohol service policies.

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Experience in catering, food service, hospitality, or related industry
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with the tours and team members
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
• Must maintain excellent attendance
• Must be available to work early mornings, late evenings, & holidays per business need.
• Ability to acquire and maintain a valid Health Food Handlers Card and Alcohol Awareness Certification.
