The Sales Coordinator will serve as an important point of contact throughout the guest journey, helping ensure that inquiries are handled promptly, details are accurately communicated, and events are successfully coordinated from initial inquiry through execution. The Sales Coordinator will support the park’s sales and events operations. This position will be responsible for responding to incoming sales inquiries, communicating with prospective guests and clients, preparing and sending proposals and contracts, and coordinating birthday parties and other assigned events held within the park.
The regular schedule for this position is Tuesday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM; however, flexibility is required, as the schedule may occasionally be adjusted to accommodate holidays, special events, or operational needs.
This role pays an hourly rate of $25.00.
