The Premium Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in premium and VIP areas at Satellite Music Hall. This position focuses on providing customer service, taking drink orders, processing payments, and maintaining the bar during concerts and events. The bartender must follow company policies, alcohol service regulations, and safety procedures.

This role pays an hourly rate of $7.25 and is tip eligible.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Provide customer service to guests in premium seating and VIP areas.
• Take drink orders and process payments using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Verify guest identification and follow alcohol service laws and company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and surrounding areas.
• Monitor inventory and restock beverages, ice, glassware, and supplies as needed.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure guest needs are met.
• Handle guest questions, requests, and concerns during events.
• Follow cash-handling procedures and maintain accountability for transactions.
• Assist with bar setup before events and cleanup after events.

• Previous bartending experience required; experience in premium hospitality, concerts, or event venues is preferred.
• Must meet the legal age requirement for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Must obtain and maintain alcohol service certification as required by state and local regulations.
• Knowledge of alcoholic beverages, cocktail preparation, and bartending techniques.
• Ability to operate a POS system and handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Ability to communicate with guests, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Ability to work in an environment with high guest volume.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and event schedules.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
