Under direct supervision from a Lead Housekeeping/Setup Worker, part-time Housekeeping/Setup Workers perform event set-up and tear down, custodial/housekeeping duties and light maintenance tasks as assigned. This is a part-time, as needed position, with no minimum number of hours guaranteed. Work schedules are determined by event activity on an as needed basis. 

The Cook is responsible for preparing menu items utilizing cooking equipment in a fast-paced environment, located at the year-round Ken Garff University Club at Rice Eccles Stadium. The Cook must adhere to high food quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction. Portion control, food waste and sanitation are additional areas that the Cook must be aware of while operating in the kitchen.   This role will pay an hourly rate of $17.00 to $20.00  

The Maintenance Technician position is general labor in nature. Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Laborers assist Maintenance Technicians in various maintenance related tasks. In the absence of the Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Laborers may receive instruction from the Maintenance Technicians or the Director of Operations.   This role pays an hourly rate of $18.50-$22.00  

The Dishwasher is responsible for the sanitation of all kitchen equipment, cooking utensils, dishware, glassware and silverware and disposal of trash. The Dishwasher is also responsible for the cleanliness of all back of house areas including sanitization and maintenence of equipment, shelving, tabletops, floors, walls, and more. Dishwashers will assist in pulling and staging all equipment prior to set-up, during the event and during clean-up.
