They are responsible for ensuring the venue is ready to go for all events and presentable at all times. They must communicate in a friendly, respectful and understanding manner with both colleagues and guests alike. They must politely give consistent, timely and accurate information and find answers when unsure. Must be a team player, cooperate with employees within the department as well as other departments.
The Conversion Crew are the nuts and bolts of our operations team, making sure our events can go off without a hitch. The Conversion Crew is the team that makes sure all equipment is setup in the venue, and that all safety precautions are put in place during the setup so our guests are safe in their seats while they enjoy their performance.

This is a casual labour position under the direction of the Lead Hand Cleaner and Operations Manager. Custodians perform duties as required to ensure the Building is kept clean and safe before and after events and from daily use as required per season.
