The Public Safety Manager will liaison with our internal Event Management Department as well as the external Show Organizers to ensure safety and security protocols are in place for each event occurring at McCormick Place. The Event Supervisor is a part-time, hourly-paid position that plays a vital role with all aspects of assigned events at Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium in Liberty Park including, but not limited to event conversions, moving event equipment around the Stadium and parking lot areas, etc. This position will act an event contact for assigned events, that include team practices and other ancillary activities.   This position will report to the Event Manager.   This role will pay an hourly wage of $14 to $16.00.    For PT roles: Benefits: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.

Operations Crew Members will report to the Operations Manager. This position will work alongside the operations team to participate in conversions, event set ups, event break downs, etc.    Position Details: - Part-time position  - Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays

The Concessions Supervisor is responsible for the effective management and running of concessions operations within a specified geographical area.  The Concessions Supervisor must provide a high level of event oversight, technical proficiency and operational/personnel support to ensure the smooth operation of the Concessions Department.  The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work a variable event-driven schedule including evenings and weekends.  Flexible availability, professional presentation, outstanding interpersonal skills, self-direction and strong technical (computer and POS) aptitude are required.     This role will pay an hourly wage of $14 to $18.00.    For PT roles: Benefits: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.

CONVERSION CREW / OPERATIONS (PT) Operations Conversion team members are responsible for setting up the venue for the various events that enter the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center and maintaining the facility through the duration of the event as scheduled.   This is an evergreen position and but position may close in 3-6 months.

The Cook is responsible for preparing menu items utilizing cooking equipment in a fast-paced environment. The Cook must adhere to high food quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction.  Portion control, food waste and sanitation are additional areas that the Cook must be aware of while operating in the kitchen.   This role will pay an hourly wage of $26.00.    For PT roles: Benefits: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.

The Conference Sales Manager is responsible for booking corporate, private and internal Robert Morris University events through an aggressive marketing and sales program. The Conference Sales Manager will work on conference and meeting space booking opportunities, work with clients on rates and contract terms and convey this information to all departments. The candidate will be able to execute all aspects of the sale process, promote to potential clients, establish working relationships, initiate sales calls and ensure booking information is maintained and up to date.   This role will pay a salary of $60,000 to $65,000.   For FT roles: Benefits: Health, Dental and Vision insurance, 401(k) savings plan, 401(k) matching, and paid time off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays).

The F&B Utility Team Member assists in back of house and front of house operations of the F&B department.  Areas of focus include providing barback services and assisting with the dish room, trash removal, and other stewarding duties. The Dishwasher washes and sanitizes all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment and small wares. The Food and Beverage Part Time Crew member can work large events to small caterings.
